Whatspoppin displays venue status based on user-submitted check-ins. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Venue statuses are crowd-sourced and may not reflect actual conditions.
7. Privacy
Your use of Whatspoppin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
Whatspoppin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF VENUES OR OTHER USERS. USE CAUTION WHEN VISITING VENUES AND MEETING PEOPLE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
